“Empowering Girls and Young Women to participate in Addressing Negative Social Norms in North Gojjam Zone, Yilmana Densa district in Amhara Region.”

Ethiopian Women Lawyers’ Association in partnership with Terre des Hommes-She Leads project is implementing a project entitled “Empowering Girls and Young Women to participate in Addressing Negative Social Norms in North Gojjam Zone, Yilmana Densa district in Amhara Region.” The project Implementation Area is Yelmana densa woreda, North Gojjam zone, and its duration is from 01-01-2021-31-12-2025. The project is part of the She Leads Program in Ethiopia which will focus on three domains of change (socio-cultural, CSO and institutional) and aims at empowering Girls and Young Women (GYW). As it will be implemented at the grass root level, more focus will be given to community level activities.
